“One Time He had not money to have food now he is billionaire of the time”!!!

Every great king was a crying baby once & Every great building was a blue print once,

so it’s not matter, what are you today??

:- Yes, it’s true that we all are born with some abilities & disabilities, we are neither fully perfect nor infallible but this is our way of thinking what we have & whatever we are today due to our that thinking actually. “It’s make no difference, what do people think about us until we think in that way . We need to thing according our way & leave the people on their way “.You often see & hear that some people perform excellently & become “benchmark of Success “ while some always remain as failure & die in that condition. Some people face all difficult situations bravely while some kneel down early. What’s the biggest gap between both of them?? which thing separate both of them?? why one always win all life’s bet & other lose in one chase. What??what??what??

ok, if I agree with some sections then I will also be one of them to utter these people divine people or angel of god but I can’t include myself in that category because I don’t follow people’s assumptions & try to know exact thing behind everything.

We know only bright side of every successful person & never appreciate his daring spirit because we consider him very lucky & fortunate, we think that he is there due to his luck & this way we little down his extremely persistence . If we don’t ignore his success & try to know the factor behind his success then we will find that it was not so easy for him but he made it easy & it all become possible due to his courage & patience, if we really want to learn & succeed in our life then we must know the struggle behind each flourished story.

Friends, “Man can’t be failure or successful, whatever he becomes due to his attempts” so whenever you fails just think you didn’t fail but your attempts were not sufficient & then make next attempt, I hope miracle will be!!

Today I am going to share a real story which is the “story of Exception”, it’s an exceptional because there are less people on this earth who never want to lose even if they are last in the game, you will learn how to “overcome your bad time ” & how to “Convert your useless time in Valuable time”……………

He was from a small town; he didn’t know English; he didn’t know anything about business management or any coding language, and he became the Founder of one of the most revolutionary market in E-commerce history.”

Vijay Shekhar Sharma is one of the few people who know the fruits of struggle and solely dedicate their success to “not giving up”. He believes that struggles and hard times can bring out the best in you and you get to know who you really are and what you can do.

Born in a small town outside Aligarh, Vijay completed his higher secondary at just 14 years of age. His father was an honest school teacher with high principles, who refused to give tuitions for extra bucks as he believed it the right thing to do. Vijay’s medium of education was Hindi till the higher secondary and had no or little knowledge about English. His tough times started when he left his cozy small town to pursue graduation in Delhi College of Engineering where he came to know the value of English. One can imagine the struggle one has to go through in a college like DCE and a city like Delhi without any hands on English. He struggled, got low grades in every exam, went hopelessly, but never gave up. He learned and mastered the language in ways only few can, through friends, second-hand magazines, and books. There were times in between the struggles with English, rigors of the engineering college and the city’s big bad cloak when he thought to quit. But his willpower kept him to going.

He rarely went to college and dedicated that time to building something new. He was inspired by yahoo and made the internet as his playground. He learned to code by himself and started building his own content management system with the help of his college mates. Later he joined an MNC and worked there for six months before quitting to start his own company with friends. His nightmares didn’t end here. He was conned by his own friends and was left bankrupt and devastated both mentally and financially. Vijay didn’t give up this time either. He skipped meals and went miles on foot to attend work and meetings. Things took a good turn in 2005 when he started One97 (the parent company of Paytm) and the team of one97 started working in the field of content, advertising, and e-commerce. Though the big moment awaited till 2011 when Vijay did something remarkable; putting the idea of Paytm on the table in front of the board of directors of One97. At first, the board wasn’t convinced as they were about to enter a non-existent market, but Vijay had full faith in the idea and it’s potential.

This is for all of you if I waste the money that we put on the site.” He adds, “There is no fun in doing what others ask you to do, the real fun is in doing what people say you can’t do.” These were the words of Vijay when he laid down his 1% of equity (which was worth $2 million in 2011) as a security for the investment that would be made in Paytm. And now we know that at the age of 37, Vijay owns a multi-billion dollar company- growing no stop till date.

PicHe is modest, friendly and always supportive to his customers. He spends 30% of the Paytm business profit in customer support. His success was a result of his non-stop hard work, genius intellect and an action-oriented mindset that only a few people possess.

“What India Wants”

Some run after opportunities while some create opportunity,

So, instead of being a runner one should be a creator

India is not only a country but more than this, a country which witnessed many ups & downs & maintain its prestige after each & every downfall. Let’s have a glance at the journey of Mughal attacked India & looted & dominated for long time, then the English came & they suppressed & oppressed the country. Both Muslim Rulers & The English Rulers try to crush this country but this is well said “Truth never dies, whatever maybe it shines again & again”, it happened India got free from The English claws & it was the day when the soil of India took sigh of relief, after independence in 15 August 1947 India was celebrating its triumph but it lasted for some days as riots engulfed its happiness & a heartbreaking massacre took place when India was bifurcated in two pieces, another pieces which was named “Pakistan”, Pakistan was born in 1948 & by now this country is undeveloped because that country never wants to grow but destroy India & which is its night dream & incomplete also.  Ok, let it go.

I come to the main point & talk about present status & requirement for developments & drawbacks & measures to overcome & the aspirations of young India.

What does India want??

  • Prime Minister – Narendra Damodardas Modi (14th Prime Minister)
  • Born on 17 September 1950.
  • Sworn in as prime minister on 24 May 2014.
  • Largest Democracy in the world.
  • Population – 1,340,837,360
  • Major Problems – Unemployment, Poverty, Corruption, Red Tapism.

I remember the election time when India was looking for an energetic & determined prime minister, who could fulfill their dreams & uplift their miserable life conditions, no one was there but only one name that was “Narendra Modi” (Namo), hopes gone high because people were very distressed with that time government due to corruption, poverty, dearness, unemployment & riots. First time BJP led government got huge votes & won election one sided. BJP won for two reasons, one due to incapability of previous government & second was the image of Mr. Narendra Modi. Modi was icon for youth & youth had very expectations from him, India was looking at him hopefully.

On 24 May 2017, Modi government completed its 3 ruling years, Narendra Modi tried his best as a prime minister & brought many changes & dared to take some awful steps which shocked all of us & that proves his decision capacity but here are more burning issues which are still as these were.

  1. Education: –

“Education is the best weapon to remove darkness & illuminate the life of people”. If you see any developed country you will find how education transformed that country, I just want to say that “Education is the transformer”. In India education is the weakest point & there is a lot to be worked on this point. Almost all universities are just distributing degrees, it seems as if any literacy campaign is going on. Government is just focusing on creating mindless educated & degree holders, there is very lack of good standard, there is not any difference between literate & illiterate person, both are same, I mean both are worthless. This literacy campaign is raising unemployment & fanning the problems of literacy. Government should focus on the quality of education & create such talented & passionate people who could help country to be developed, without proper education, India can’t see its future as a developed nation.

  1. Unemployment: –

“One disease leads another decease”, yes it’s quite right & it’s happening in India, “shoddy education system is creating only foul literate people & it is creating another major problem which is called unemployment. No system for employment, students got degrees but never get a such a single job which could be means to earn livelihood. I have been observing this since my childhood that all government cry loudly on this topic before election & forget afterwards. No government ever dared to deal with nuisance problem which forcing youths to take wrong steps & results are before us “Extremists are harming both people & properties”, who is responsible?? No one, only all ruling governments are culprits equally. I am very frustrating over this issue & warn government to take some good steps otherwise youths will be desperate & we know the result of desperate.

  1. Poverty: –

“This is the paining matter of India” even today 250 Million people are living below poverty line, children are forced to beg & child labor is increasing rapidly. Many NGO volunteers are working to reduce child labor ratio but it’s not enough. Poor people are illiterate & addicted in bad habits due to not having any means to earn two times bread. Who is responsible?? No doubt, all government who took their votes but not did even single work for their welfare. I ask how long will it last?

  1. Corruption: –

Now this is word for daily use, get up early morning, hold paper in one hand & sip tea with reading about corruption, corruption word is such common that people can’t help reciting it twice or thrice in a day. Sometime I feel laughing that who is corrupted & who is giving air to this corruption, who? I or you, who work all day like donkey to earn livelihood & have no time to think about ourselves, no we are not those people. The people who are sitting above us have time for all these activities because they have no work to do, funny. India’s every two among four bureaucrat & authoritarian are corrupted, yes bitter but true.

  1. Red Tapism: –

If you are honest & naive & you want to get your work done by government officials, how will you do? Think, yes you have to grease their palm first, without bribery you can’t think about completion your requirement until you fulfil their requirement. In India judiciary is in its worst condition, a poor person never gets justice so this is condition that he never dares to go to court because he knows what will be? A poor rape victim suffers a lot & face much discrimination at both level, first at judicial level & second at social level that’s why a rape victim either commits suicide or her parents kill her, my hearts bleed over these issues & government just paying lip service.

“Have the Guts”

Oh cloud, don’t be so proud,

I am not so tall, so what?

I have will to touch you,

One day, I will fly above you.

Oh mountain, don’t be so proud,

I am not so big, so what?

I have wish to climb you,

One day, my foot will be on you.

Oh ocean, don’t be so proud,

I am not so large, so what?

I have dream to flow with you,

One day, I will overcome you.

“Dare to Accept”

Always think that you are not perfect so mistakes happen,

Endeavour to minimise your mistakes & be perfectionist”.

At present time, all of us try to show ourselves as a Mr. perfect, nobody wants to accept their mistakes & he blames others for his own mistakes. If you had listened to anybody singing his admiration song “I did this or that, I fought very bravely & beat all, I was very brilliant at my school days, girls were crazy about me & everybody was afraid of me”. These are some common sentences which almost everyone uses for himself. Next most usable sentence when one get failed or did something wrong then most people say “how silly you are! If I were you, I would have done it perfectly” they speak because they are not that person who failed.

“This is good that one has respect for oneself, it means he has a good feeling for himself & doesn’t want others to distort his image because his image is his character & confidence”, it’s really very important that we should be fair & square towards ourselves, no problem & carry it but it’s worse that we get blind at our own faults & try to escape problems made by us. It shows that we are very weak & timid that we can’t accept our own mistakes. We do this because we don’t want to look silly or fool, ok. Suppose that you made a very serious mistake & you successfully transferred it to other & you rescued yourself, so what, people will not think you as stupid & you remain wise as you were ever but whenever you think about that you will feel ashamed of you, you will remain very edgy & shaky because you know you did that wrong & your image will begin to destroy in your own sight.” this is the act to demoralise & disappoint ourselves”.

I have remembered one story which is wide true & most acceptable that one can be good in the eyes of the world but he never be good in the eyes of himself & god. Please read this story & know that how your non-acceptable attitude leads you towards hell & never ending repentance.

There was a merchant who was very kind & honest, he was popular among people for his amicable & sociable attitude, he never took people into deception & provided them goods & meals at fair rates & of good quality, people trusted him much more. One time he purchased food grains in large amount & stocked & thought to provide people & earn good money but to heavy rain all food grains went spoiled & his all money also wasted & he was in huge danger so he decided to sell this spoiled grain to people at same prices as he purchased so that he could make up his losses. He did it in avarice of money & people also purchased because they trusted him consequently there was food poising in the city & many people died, when people come to ask him about spoiled food grains then he blamed trader whom he purchased so people charged at him and vented their anger on him & killed him. Merchant was safe & soon he left that city but he knew that he was guilty & due to it he never remain happy because all time he thought about died people & merchant, he thought to accept his mistake but he could not dare because he did not want to destroy his image & status but he died soon because he could not sleep easily & left meal so he got much weak & feeble, when he died he encountered to god “God asked him:- where would you like to go, I mean to heaven or hell, please tell me. He thought something & remembering his doings he told “Heaven” while he had that incident in his heart but he tried to escape. God smiled at his answer & told “when you were alive you didn’t dare to tell truth & due to your lie you died & here also you didn’t dare to tell truth that’s why you will suffer a lot if you have told me truth what you did in your past, I would spare you but you went against truth & acceptable rules so I will punish you severely”.
